ASSESS - Scoring
The candidates are assessed against the selected competencies and are scored based on the amount they demonstrate that competency during each exercise.
Below is an example of a summary results table and the scoring key used.
0 Fails to meet the competency: No evidence was obtained during the exercise for this area.
1 Partly meets the competency: Some weaknesses on areas of the competency.
2 Meets the competency: Acceptable on all areas of the competency.
3 Exceeds the competency: Marked strengths across the competency.
