It is essential that all assessors have a good understanding of how to assess candidates objectively using standardised assessment methods. The course can also include the design and development of assessment centres.
This course is run for groups of people within organisations and can be tailored to your own requirements. The course can be run in either 1 or 2 days depending on the extent of assessors’ role within assessment centres.

We design and implement assessment centres for you or train you to develop and run your own assessment centres.
