EQ-i 2.0™ Certification

Based on the original tool developed by Reuven Bar-On, the EQ-i 2.0™ (launched in July 2011) is a brand new leading-edge measure of emotional intelligence (EI). With updated composite and sub scales, revised items and new clearer and brighter reports, this is an excellent product to measure EI.

EQ 360™

While the EQ-i 2.0™ identifies the level of an individual’s emotional and social functioning, the EQ 360™ assessment provides a more in-depth analysis by having those who work closely with the client provide information as well. When observer ratings are compared with the results of a standard EQ-i self-report, a more complete 360-degree profile emerges.

Certification Structure

Pre-course e-learning modules (3 hours)

EQ-i 2.0™ classroom workshop (2 days)
Post-course online course examination (up to 2 hours)

Upon successful completion of the course exam, delegates will become fully qualified to use both the EQ-i 2.0™ and also the EQ 360™ and will receive an official certificate from the EQ-i test publisher, MHS.
