Robin Hills

Robin is Director of Ei4Change, a consultancy specialising in emotional intelligence.  With over 30 years’ successful commercial and leadership experience, he has worked in a variety of sales and marketing management roles with a wide variety of companies from small start-ups to large multinationals.

In April 2018, we have scheduled a number of events to raise awareness of the benefits of emotional intelligence (EI) at work and to demonstrate how the EQ-i 2.0 and EQ 360 can help people to develop these skills.

Theresa is the owner and Director of The Coaching Project. She is a certified coach who has worked with many board members and those at executive board level.


Rachael Hanley-Browne

Rachael is an executive coach with over 20 years’ experience in commercial business leadership. She is an advanced MHS EQ-i 2.0 practitioner.


Sian Ferguson, Jackie Bartlett & Julie Foster

Sian, Julie and Jackie are Engagement and Leadership professionals at the Nationwide Building Society.


The event will be followed by informal networking drinks in a nearby pub. This will be a great opportunity to ask further questions to EI experts and EQ-i 2.0 users. The ticket price includes one complimentary drink at the pub.

EQ-i 2.0 & EQ 360 Refresher Workshop *
