Psychometric Testing Service

Assessment Centres

We specialise in designing and implementing assessment centres using a combination of bespoke and off-the-shelf assessment exercises including group exercises, in-trays, presentations, competency-based interviews, situational judgement tests, personality and ability tests.

By providing candidates with a variety of competency-based exercises, we gain a very accurate measure of their suitability for the job.

Our approach

We are very flexible and are happy to work with you to design the assessment process and to run the the assessments together and, if required, to provide your staff with training to be interviewers and assessors.
