




Ben has extensive experience in the design and delivery of innovative talent management interventions. Recently he has been working with major firms to effectively and sensitively manage downsizing initiatives and has developed a range of outplacement tools.
Ben is especially interested in the design of bespoke assessment tools that not only provide a valid and fair assessment but also reflect the client organisation’s culture and role content. He also enjoys taking a broad and insightful approach when working with executives to plan their personal development in order to achieve their career objectives. Ben is an entertaining and knowledgeable trainer who is often specifically requested to return.

Dorothy has over 15 years experience in Management Consultancy. She is BPS Level A & B qualified and an accredited Associate Partner to SHL. She has worked with a large number of diverse companies delivering psychometric assessments.
Dorothy has extensive experience within the Human Resources arena of Assessment, Recruitment & Selection. She has delivered a range of Assessment & Selection Centres, including large call centre campaigns. Prior to this she was an HR generalist and held positions within Bristol & West Building Society. Dorothy has recently been lead Consultant on a major Selection Programme for Warwickshire County Council’s new and innovative One-Stop-Shop Customer Services Unit.
Anthony Gardner MSc CPsychol Csci AFBPsS
Anthony has considerable experience of designing and delivering bespoke assessment and development solutions. He is particularly known for creating innovative integrated “day-in-the-life” simulation exercises that address issues being faced by the client organisation whilst capturing behaviours that are specific to the roles in question. He also produces stand-alone simulation exercises, sifting questionnaires and competency frameworks. As a trainer, Anthony draws on his love of amateur dramatics, and, where appropriate, his courses feature multiple “characters” and even the occasional burst of song.
In the current economic climate, Anthony has chosen to focus more of his efforts on career guidance offerings based on personality, motivation and interests. Anthony is BPS Level A and B qualified.

Nicola is an Organisational Psychology specialist with extensive experience in leadership assessment, development and Human Resources. Nicola has international experience working in a variety of business sectors, including various Government departments within the United Arab Emirates and Occupational Psychology test publishers.
Nicola is a Practitioner-In-Training member of the Division of Occupational Psychology within the British Psychological Society (BPS). She holds her Level A and Level B Certificates in Occupational Testing and is trained to use the NEO PI-R and Firo Element B.

Odette Beris CPsychol MSc DipPsych
Odette is an independent Chartered Psychologist and Founder of EnormousYes. Odette
established EnormousYes to offer psychology-led coaching to support individuals and
organisations within the media, technology and creative industries.
She has worked
in-house at the BBC as an Organisational Psychologist, where she trained as a BBC
coach. Much of her work has involved profiling candidates for jobs and for career
development purposes and she is trained to use a wide variety of personality profiling
tools. Odette is energised by working in a supportive partnership with clients to
encourage them to map out and create a vision of their future path that they can
feel excited about!


Helen gained a post graduate diploma in personnel management and spent a number of years working in various HR roles for a major pharmaceutical organisation. She specialised in the area of learning and development and used this experience to establish her own consultancy firm (HDConsulting) in 1998.
Helen is currently involved in designing and implementing training solutions, with a particular expertise in Competency Based Interviewing. She specialises in training and development, working with small groups or 1:1 coaching. She also provides outplacement support and guidance on the use of psychometrics in recruitment and development scenarios. Helen is BPS level A and B qualified and a qualified user of MBTI.


Tim Evans CPsychol AFBPsS
Tim is a business psychologist with many years’ experience in assessment, consultancy, research, product development and training. He is a Chartered Psychologist (CPsychol), Chartered Scientist (CSci), Associate Fellow of the British Psychological Society (AFBPsS) and a registered Occupational Psychologist with the Health Professions Council (HPC).
He is qualified to use the following psychometric instruments: OPQ32, Saville Consulting Wave, MBTI, NEO PI-R, EQ-i 2.0, Leadership Judgement Indicator (LJI) and Talent Q Dimensions. Tim has presented many papers at the BPS Division of Occupational Psychology conferences on topics including Internet-based testing, e-learning and engagement.

Anna has an Msc in Occupational Psychology from the University of Surrey. She has recently conducted research investigating whether providing coaching on emotional intelligence can improve team identification and self-efficacy and reduce anxiety.
Qualified in the Hogan Personality Inventory (HPI), Motives Values and Preferences Inventory (MVPI), NEO PI-R and EQ-i 2.0, Anna brings a wealth of expertise to the team. As an experienced trainer, she is involved with training design, psychometric training delivery and evaluation. She is also undertaking assessment and development projects with specific clients. Anna is currently working towards gaining her Chartership in Occupational Psychology.
