In-house courses - we will be delighted to arrange courses for organisations preferring them to take place on their own site or in a local hotel. This is the ideal option for clients with several employees to train, or who may want the standard courses to be tailored to their specific needs.

How much do the courses cost?

How do I obtain the BPS Certificates?
After the successful completion of the Psysoft training course, we will give you the BPS Level A and B application forms. These need to be completed, then signed by us to confirm your completion of the course. The BPS will charge you to register - full details are shown on the BPS Psychometric Testing Centre website.
After my BPS Level A training, what further training is there?
Once you are qualified in BPS Level A, the next step is to gain your BPS Level B qualification. The BPS Level B course provides training in a specific personality questionnaire, in our case the NEO PI-R, one of the UK’s most effective personality inventories.
We also offer training in the new EQ-i 2.0™ and EQ-360™ assessments of emotional intelligence. EQ-i 2.0™ Training.
Bespoke in-house courses are available that build upon the skills developed on the BPS Level A and BPS Level B courses including Effective Assessor Skills, Assessment Centre Design and Interview Skills. Please Contact Us for full details.
Does Psysoft offer combined BPS-accredited Level A and B courses?
Yes, for those who want to obtain both the Level A and B together, we offer a special fast-track intensive 4 day course. This course is run either as a public or In-house course for groups of delegates in individual organisations. Further details.
How many delegates will there be on each public course?
We believe in providing a quality training experience in a relaxed comfortable environment, and therefore try to limit the number of delegates to just 8 people on each public course.
