This course provides you with the knowledge and practical skills necessary to conduct psychometric tests fairly and effectively in organisations. Accredited and verified by the British Psychological Society (BPS), the Level A Certificate of Competence in Occupational Testing is internationally recognised and gives you access to over 150 tests from the UK’s main publishers, including paper and online materials. No previous experience is necessary.
Course Structure
Starting with 3 hours’ pre-course reading, then just 2 days’ classroom training.
We also offer a combined 4-day Level A & B course.

Public courses - the best choice for booking 1 or 2 delegates. These courses are run in Central London.
In-house courses - for any number of delegates and run at your own office or local conference facilities. This option enables us to tailor the course, for example to include the specific psychometric tests used in your organisation. We can also make the course longer or shorter according to your needs.
