This fast-paced course will qualify you in both Level A and B in just 4 days (with 6 hours’ pre-course reading). It will provide you with the knowledge and practical skills necessary to conduct psychometric tests fairly and effectively in your organisation. Accredited and verified by the British Psychological Society (BPS), this course will qualify you to use ability tests from all the UK’s main publishers, and also qualify you to use the NEO PI-R personality inventory.

This 4-day course provides eligibility for the BPS Certificate of Competence in Occupational Testing Level A and Intermediate Level B. Please note there is also approximately 6 hours of pre-course and 5 hours of post-course work required.
