Implementing Assessment Centres
We design and implement assessment centres for you or train you to develop and run your own assessment centres. We work flexibly with clients to design the assessment exercises together and to have a mix of internal and external assessors. This enables us to maximise the use of clients’ knowledge of their organisation’s job roles, whilst ensuring that the assessment is as fair and objective as possible.
