Personality questionnaires are used to assess a person's typical style, preferences and behaviours.

This is a useful indicator of how a candidate is likely to perform and behave in the role.

Emotional Intelligence

Emotional intelligence assessments identify a person's ability to understand their own emotions, the emotions of their colleagues, and the impact this has on their behaviours and decisions.
