Personality

Personality questionnaires are used to assess a person's typical style, preference and behaviour. This is very useful to find out if a candidate is likely to feel comfortable in a specific role and whether they are likely to perform well. 

Emotional Intelligence

Emotional intelligence tests identify a person's ability to understand their own emotions and the emotions of their work colleagues. This is useful when making decisions or managing stressful situations.

Other

Other questionnaires are available to assess factors such as an individual's motivation, hardiness and approach to change. There are also  questionnaires for specific roles, such as sales and customer service.
