Psysoft is an occupational psychology consultancy providing services to clients throughout the UK to support their recruitment and people development projects. We specialise in psychometric testing and assessments, emotional intelligence tools, such as the EQ-i 2.0 & EQ 360, and delivering BPS-verified Test User: Occupational, Ability & Personality (previously Level A and B) psychometric training courses.
Using their expertise in the field, our consultants aim to to equip clients with the tools they need to improve performance and wellbeing in the workplace.
