About the Sales Aptitude Profile
The Sales Aptitude Profile (AP) can be used by individuals, coaches and organisations to facilitate the hiring of effective sales professionals and to develop the skills and potential of existing employees.
Based on extensive research, the Sales AP measures 8 competencies related to success within sales roles.
These competencies are:

Sales Aptitude Profile Reports
The Sales AP can be used for recruitment or development purposes and has two report options available.

Sales AP Interview Guide: This report is designed to help you make informed hiring decisions by highlighting a candidate's strengths and weaknesses and providing interview questions for each competency.
​
Sales AP Development Report: This report is designed to help sales professionals develop their competencies and leverage their strengths. The report includes strategies that can be used in a coaching or development context.
