Psycentre Recruitment Process

We simplify the psychometric testing process into 3 easy-to-follow steps.

Choose from our recruitment packages or our range of psychometric assessments. If you’re not sure which assessments are most suitable, we will provide free expert advice to ensure you are only using the tests you need. 

1)  Choose Tests

To assess your candidates, we will ask for their details and then we will administer the assessments. We can customise the candidates' test invitation text to suit your needs and we will manage the entire testing process on your behalf.

2)  Assess Candidates

Once your candidates have completed the assessments, you will receive their results. We offer additional services such as job-fit reports and debrief sessions to help you understand the results in relation to the role.

3)  Receive Results

Become skilled in psychometric testing

Attend one of our popular psychometric training courses to gain a deeper understanding of your candidates' assessment results and how to interpret them.

We offer a range of training and online courses to increase your knowledge of psychometric testing, including the BPS Test User: Occupational, Ability & Personality qualification.

In some cases, additional reports are available to practitioners who are qualified in the specific product or those who hold British Psychological Society (BPS) Test User: Occupational, Ability and Personality qualifications.

Accredited by the British Psychological Society (BPS), this nationally recognised qualification will certify you in both ability and personality testing.

This course is ideal for anyone looking to develop their knowledge and become a qualified psychometric test user.
