The Feedback Toolkit is designed to provide you with additional support as you deliver your EQ-i 2.0 & EQ 360 feedback sessions. As you begin to apply your knowledge from the course in the workplace, the Feedback Toolkit offers extra information and resources to help you interpret reports, facilitate feedback sessions and overcome common challenges.

Preparation Template
This feedback preparation template saves you time as you interpret a report with ready-to-use questions and space for you to make notes on subscales, imbalances and any additional points of interest. It can also be used to note down any points made by the individual during the session itself, as well as any next steps or development points discussed during the feedback.
Feedback Practice Session
This 1 hour session includes a 45 minute feedback practice, where you will provide feedback to one of our highly experienced consultants, and a 15 minute debrief where the consultant will provide you with insight into your strengths and potential improvements for your future feedback sessions. You will also receive a comprehensive written report detailing the consultant's notes from the session.
Subscale Cards
The EQ-i 2.0 subscale cards which include the name and definition of each of the 15 EQ-i 2.0 subscales. You will also receive a helpful list of suggestions about how the subscale cards can be used in a feedback session.
EQ-i 2.0 Report Tokens
For additional practice, you will be provided with tokens to administer an EQ-i 2.0 assessment to either a friend, family member or colleague and provide feedback based on their EQ-i 2.0 Workplace Report.
Interpretation Handout
This handout is an additional resource for individuals receiving their EQ-i 2.0 & EQ 360 reports. It explains the basic interpretation principles to help people understand their scores ahead of the feedback session.
