EQ Extra is ideal for anyone looking to develop emotional intelligence in their organisations or with their clients. The bitesize format of these videos means people can access the series to fit their busy schedules and gain an insight into their emotional intelligence in a short space of time.
The videos are a very useful way of supporting our people to develop their emotional intelligence. FAQs
Do I need to have completed the EQ-i 2.0 assessment to use these videos?
No. The EQ Extra series can be used without completing the EQ-i 2.0 emotional intelligence assessment. However, the videos are compatible with the EQ-i 2.0 model and offer additional development strategies to those found in the EQ-i 2.0 reports.
The videos refer to research – where can I find these studies?
A reference list for each video is available. For individual users these can be found in the resources section of your account. For organisations, we provide these alongside the video files.
How long does it take to watch all the EQ Extra videos?
Each video is approximately 5-6 minutes long and therefore the whole series lasts 75-90 minutes in total.
Do I need to watch the entire series?
No. EQ Extra is designed as 15 self-contained videos, meaning these videos can be viewed separately or as a whole series. You may wish to only watch the videos relating to the areas of emotional intelligence you want to develop. Equally, you may choose to watch the entire series to deepen your knowledge of each area of emotional intelligence.
