Imogen de Vries
Tim is an Occupational Psychologist with many years’ experience in assessment, consultancy, research, product development and training. He is a Chartered Psychologist (CPsychol), Associate Fellow of the British Psychological Society (AFBPsS) and a registered Occupational Psychologist with the Health & Care Professions Council (HCPC).
He is qualified to use a broad range of psychometric instruments including EQ-i 2.0 and EQ 360, OPQ32, Saville Consulting Wave, MBTI, NEO PI-3 and HUCAMA Personality Factors. Tim has presented many papers at the BPS Division of Occupational Psychology conferences on Internet-based testing and e-learning.
Tracy manages Psysoft’s client services including online testing systems, product orders and general queries. She also manages the administration of our busy office and looks after both existing client relationships and new clients.
Having previously worked in the hotel industry for many years, Tracy has extensive experience in customer service working with corporate clients. Her background is in event management and hotel hospitality where she has gained professional qualifications in customer service.
Chloe manages the development of Psysoft’s online courses and products, including EQ Extra, and is responsible for the strategic planning of the company. Her role also includes meeting with clients to understand their needs and create tailored solutions, such as bespoke workshops and development projects. Chloe oversees the design and delivery of Psysoft’s psychometric training courses, including the EQ-i 2.0 & EQ 360 certification and BPS Test User training, and supports Psysoft's client assessment and feedback projects.
Chloe has a first-class bachelor’s degree in Psychology and is currently working towards her MSc in Organisational Psychology at Birkbeck, University of London. She holds the BPS Test User: Occupational, Ability & Personality qualification and is certified in a range of psychometric assessments, such as EQ-i 2.0 & EQ 360, OPQ32 and HUCAMA Factors.
Emily leads the delivery of Psysoft’s psychometric certification courses, including the EQ-i 2.0 & EQ 360 and BPS Test User Training. Her role includes identifying and meeting our clients' needs, alongside delivering bespoke workshops, coaching and feedback sessions on a variety of psychometric assessments. Emily also oversees the company's marketing and supports in the development of our products and online courses.
Emily has a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Music, and is an experienced Events organiser, currently working towards her MSc in Occupational and Organisational Psychology at the University of Sussex. She is accredited in the BPS Test User: Occupational, Ability & Personality qualification and holds a number of certifications in different psychometric assessments, such as the EQ-i 2.0 & EQ 360, OPQ32, MSCEIT and HUCAMA Factors.
Imogen supports the delivery of a range of psychometric training courses including EQ-i 2.0 & EQ 360 Certification and BPS Test User: Occupational, Ability and Personality. She is also involved with the creation of new products ad services including bespoke development workshops.
Imogen is particularly client focused and has graduated from the University of Sussex with a first-class bachelor’s degree in Psychology with Business and Management.
Clare is a Chartered Psychologist and Accredited Coach and has a passion for coaching both individuals and teams. She has over 15 years’ experience of coaching leaders at C level across Europe, Middle East and Africa, Asia and North America and over 23 years of consulting experience in leadership development and psychometric testing.
Clare's coaching approach seeks to balance a deeper understanding of one’s personal characteristics, drives and values, with achieving desired business results.
Nicola is a Chartered Psychologist and Accredited Coach with over 13 years' experience in talent, learning and leadership development.
Her coaching experience includes developing leaders and managers in emotional awareness, leadership style, resilience and self-confidence. Core to her coaching approach is helping clients to see themselves, their priorities and their thinking patterns more clearly to explore the impact of this at work.
Nicola is an Associate Fellow of the BPS Division of Occupational Psychology, Chartered Member of the HCPC and a Member with the ICF.
