Test User: Occupational, Ability & Personality
The course (previously known as 'Level A and B training') will qualify you in both Ability and Personality Testing. Accredited and verified by the British Psychological Society (BPS), this course will qualify you to use ability tests from all the UK’s main publishers. It is also internationally recognised and aligned with the standards of competence defined by the European Federation of Psychologists’ Associations (EFPA).
The programme also includes qualification in the EQ-i 2.0 & EQ 360 emotional intelligence assessments which are very popular for both selection and development.

Certification Programme
Test User: Occupational, Ability (TUA) e-learning
Complete the TUA e-learning modules (4 hours) which provide an introduction to ability and personality testing including choosing tests, scoring, norms, reliability and validity.
TUA Quizzes & Recruitment Case Study
Complete a set of questions (2 hours) and exercises (2 hours) to test your knowledge and apply what you have learnt to a case study.
TUA Live Online Session
Attend an online session with one of our consultants (1 hour) to discuss your TUA progress and to complete two live exercises - administering an ability test and providing feedback.
Test User: Occupational, Personality (TUP) e-learning
Complete the TUP e-learning modules (2 hours) and learn about personality theory and assessment.
TUP Quizzes
Complete a set of questions (1 hour) to test your knowledge.
EQ-i 2.0 & EQ 360 Certification

Complete the EQ-i 2.0 self-assessment (30 minutes)

Complete EQ-i 2.0 e-learning modules (2 hours)
