This course (previously known as 'Level A training') provides you with the knowledge and practical skills necessary to conduct psychometric tests fairly and effectively in organisations. Accredited and verified by the British Psychological Society (BPS), the TUA is internationally recognised and aligned with the standards of competence defined by the European Federation of Psychologists' Associations (EFPA).

This course is for HR professionals and consultants who wish to gain the BPS Test User: Occupational, Ability qualification.

This course (previously known as 'Level B training') introduces you to the area of personality theory, assessment and interpretation. Accredited and verified by the BPS, the TUP is internationally recognised and aligned with the standards of competence defined by the European Federation of Psychologists' Associations (EFPA). Building upon the foundations of Occupational Testing covered on the TUA course, this course provides fascinating insights into people's personality, and their behaviour in the workplace.

This course is for HR professionals and consultants who wish to gain the BPS Test User: Occupational, Personality qualification.

The classroom component includes qualification in the EQ-i 2.0 & EQ 360 emotional intelligence assessments which are popular for selection and development.
