The course (previously known as 'Level A and B training') will qualify you in both Ability and Personality Testing. Accredited and verified by the BPS, this course will qualify you to use ability tests from all the UK’s main publishers. It is also internationally recognised and aligned with the standards of competence defined by the European Federation of Psychologists’ Associations (EFPA).

The classroom component includes qualification in the EQ-i 2.0 & EQ 360 emotional intelligence assessments which are popular for selection and development.

This course (previously known as 'Level A training') provides you with the knowledge and practical skills necessary to conduct psychometric tests fairly and effectively in organisations. Accredited and verified by the British Psychological Society (BPS), the TUA is internationally recognised and aligned with the standards of competence defined by the European Federation of Psychologists' Associations (EFPA).

This course is for HR professionals and consultants who wish to gain the BPS Test User: Occupational, Ability qualification. This qualifies you to use a broad range of cognitive ability tests including SHL verbal and numerical reasoning tests.

Building upon the foundations of Occupational Testing covered on the TUA course, this course provides fascinating insights into people's personality, and their behaviour in the workplace.
