The BPS Test User: Occupational, Ability and Personality course (BPS Level A and B training) will qualify you in both ability and personality psychometric testing.
Accredited and verified by the British Psychological Society (BPS), this course is nationally recognised and aligned with the standards of competence defined by the European Federation of Psychologists’ Associations (EFPA).

TUA
Test User: Occupational, Ability
Through a combination of online e-learning modules, quizzes, case studies and a practice testing session, you will gain an understanding of the principles of ability testing, including:

This self-paced section of the course will allow you to use a range of ability tests from all the main UK test publishers.
4-6 hours of e-learning modules provide an introduction to ability testing
4-6 hours of quizzes and exercises to test your knowledge and apply what you have learnt
1 hour online call with a consultant to discuss progress and practice test administration and feedback
2-4 hours of e-learning modules provide an overview of personality theories and assessments
4-6 hours of quizzes and exercises to test your knowledge and practice interpretation and feedback
2 day live online training course with an experienced consultant to certify you in the HUCAMA Factors assessment suite, including HUCAMA Personality Factors

This part of the course will build your confidence to use personality assessments in the workplace and consists of a mixture of independent e-learning modules, quizzes and exercises, covering topics such as:
