We provide online psychometric testing services for selection or development and psychometric test training including the BPS Test User: Occupational, Ability & Personality certification and the HUCAMA Factors (ability, personality and competency) accreditation.

We are a distributor of the EQ-i 2.0, EQ 360 and MSCEIT emotional intelligence assessments, the Hardiness Resilience Gauge (HRG) and other talent management products published by MHS.

We run public certification and in-house courses, both online and throughout the UK.
