Change Style Indicator
The Change Style Indicator (CSI) measures an individual’s preferred style when approaching and addressing change.

It provides insights into personal preferences for coping with change and the strengths, pitfalls, perceptions and strategies for each of these preferences.

The 3 change style preferences are:

-
Conservers: You prefer change that is gradual and prefer to keep to existing policies and procedures

-
Pragmatists: You prefer to make changes that serve a function and are logical based on the current situation

-
Originators: You prefer a more radical approach to change that challenges the existing structure

The CSI training also certifies you to use the Change Navigator (CN) which is a paper based change leadership tool.
The Influence Style Indicator (ISI) assesses an individual’s preferred influencing style and the influencing styles that are under-utilised. The 5 influencing styles are:

-
Asserting: You prefer to influence others by challenging other people's ideas and insisting your own ideas are heard and considered

-
Inspiring: You prefer to influence people by highlighting shared purposes and possibilities

-
Bridging: You prefer to engage and connect with others and use these relationships to influence people

-
Negotiating: You prefer to use compromises and concessions to reach outcomes that satisfy your own interest

-
Rationalising: You prefer to influence others by offering logic, rational reasons and data to support your ideas
The Decision Style Profile (DSP) uses a collection of business scenarios to examine whether the respondent chooses the most appropriate decision style and whether they consider other factors that influence the decision making process.

The 5 decision styles are:

-
Directing - You rely on your own judgement and make the decision independently

-
Fact Finding - You identify and source specific information from specific people before making a decision

-
Investigating - You share the situation with others and ask them for suggestions and possible courses of action before you make the decision

-
Collaborating - You ask for input from all the relevant stakeholders (e.g., team, group or individuals) that have an interest in the decision and its outcome

-
Teaming - You make the decision with the key stakeholders by reaching a consensus and sharing equally in the decision making process
Discovery Leadership Profile (360°)
The Discovery Leadership Profile (DLP) is a 360 degree assessment that allows leaders to better understand their strengths and potential developmental areas by comparing their self ratings to the perceptions of their bosses, peers and direct reports.
