Change Style Indicator

The Change Style Indicator (CSI) measures an individual’s preferred style when approaching and addressing change.

It provides insights into personal preferences for coping with change and the strengths, pitfalls, perceptions and strategies for each of these preferences.

The 3 change style preferences are:

  • Conservers: You prefer change that is gradual and prefer to keep to existing policies and procedures

  • Pragmatists: You prefer to make changes that serve a function and are logical based on the current situation

  • Originators: You prefer a more radical approach to change that challenges the existing structure

The CSI training also certifies you to use the Change Navigator (CN) which is a paper based  change leadership tool.
