EQ Extra is a series of 15 bite-sized, animated videos designed to help people understand and develop each area of their emotional intelligence in the workplace.
EQ Extra includes practical strategies and development plans for each EQ-i 2.0 subscale. These can be provided to clients and colleagues as an additional resource to support their emotional intelligence development.

The Managing Emotions Workshop is a set of fully customisable materials designed to help you facilitate an interactive, one-day emotional intelligence workshop.
Through group discussions and exercises, this workshop explores emotional intelligence, its role in helping manage emotions, and how it can be developed. The materials include a facilitator guide, workbook and slide deck.
