The course combines theory with practical application so you can confidently use the EQ-i 2.0 following certification.

​During the course. you will:
•    Learn the EQ-i 2.0 model and framework 
•    Explore how emotional intelligence influences workplace behaviour 
•    Practise interpreting assessment reports 
•    Develop your ability to deliver feedback effectively

Programme Structure:
•    Complete the EQ-i 2.0 assessment online
•    Complete the introductory e-learning modules (approx. 1.5 hours)
•    Receive personalised feedback on your EQ-i 2.0 results 
•    Attend live online sessions over a 2-day period (view dates)
•    Complete the EQ-i 2.0 & EQ 360 post-course exam

Upon successful completion of the course exam, delegates will become fully qualified to use both the EQ-i 2.0 and the EQ 360 and will receive a certificate from the assessment test publisher, MHS.


Qualified practitioners are provided with an online account for the MHS EQ-i 2.0 testing portal to administer the assessments and generate reports. You then only pay for the EQ-i 2.0 and EQ 360 reports when they are generated: EQ-i 2.0 Report Prices.

The CSI 2 assessment measures how people prefer to approach change in the workplace and is designed to help employees navigate change effectively. It will be added to your online account alongside the EQ-i 2.0, where you will be able to administer the assessments, generate reports and complete complimentary learning modules to learn more about the tools.

Our public EQ-i 2.0 & EQ 360 certification courses take place online regularly throughout the year. Learn about emotional intelligence and become qualified alongside other delegates, with live interactive sessions, group discussions, and interpretation exercises.

Option 2
EQ-i 2.0 Training for Groups

We will be pleased to deliver an in-house EQ-i 2.0 certification programme, either online or at your organisation's site. We can tailor the course to your needs and deliver it on a date convenient to you.

1-2-1 EQ-i 2.0 Training

FAQs

Q. What time does the public course start and end each day?

The online public course times are as follows:

  • Day 1: 9.30 a.m. - 16.30 p.m. (UK time) 

  • Day 2: 9.30 a.m. - 13.30 p.m. (UK time)*

We have regular breaks throughout both days.

​

*We leave time on the afternoon of Day 2 for you to complete the EQ-i 2.0 & EQ 360 exam. You do not need to take the exam on Day 2 but we recommend leaving 2 hours blocked out when you choose to sit the exam.

Q. What technology do I need for the online training?

We use Zoom to deliver the live online EQ-i 2.0 training and you will be sent instructions on how to access the system beforehand.​ You can use a laptop, desktop computer or a tablet with an Internet connection. Your device will need a microphone, speaker and a camera.​

Q. How do I buy the assessments after the course?

Upon completing the certification course exam, we will set you up with an online account for the MHS EQ-i 2.0 & EQ360 testing portal to administer the assessments and generate reports. The system uses tokens, whereby generating a report uses a certain number of tokens. To purchase these tokens, you can contact us directly at admin@psysoft.com or place an order here.

Q. Will I need to re-register or retake the certification in the future?

Your EQ-i 2.0 & EQ 360 certification does not expire. This means that once you have become qualified, you do not need to re-register or retake the certification. However, we run regular EQ-i 2.0 refreshers for our qualified practitioners, to help you make the most out of the assessments and recap the key features, reports and interpretation principles.
